Developed proposed upgrades to this existing resort located in Sunshine Beach included the addition of two stories and a complete revamp of the building exterior. The revitalisation incorporates external green spaces, varied finishes including articulating ‘timber look’ aluminium battens, weather board cladding, and natural stone to create a warm & inviting resort atmosphere.
